How much does delivery cost?

The Deliveries fees vary by location and method. The Standard UK Delivery fee is £5.99 and £3.99 for orders over £80.

How long does delivery usually take?

Standard We always do our very best to deliver your package as soon as we can. Our Standard UK deliveries usually between 3-5 days. There are also options for Next Day Delivery.

Can I amend my order details after it has been placed?

Our customer support team are on hand to do all they can to help you, please email the team; Once you have placed your order, unfortunately as we work very quickly to process, it is very difficult for us to change any details.

Can I use more than one discount code on a single order?

Each order can apply 1 discount code. If multiple codes are applied, the code offering the greater discount will usually take priority. It is the customers responsibility to ensure correct codes are applied.

Can I apply my discount code on products that are on special offer?

Discount Any products considered to be on the Special Offer can be found in the "Special Offers" menu section on the website. Products that are on special offer are exempt from further discount codes. Any Shopping Carts containing a mixture of both full-priced and special offer products, will only apply the discount code to the full-priced products.

How can I return my order?

Will I get a dispatch email confirmation when my order is dispatched?

Yes, once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email. Once our couriers pick up your order for processing, you will receive a dispatch notice email. Depending on the courier used, you may also receive further updates and delivery tracking information from this point.

What are the use by dates on your products?

Our minimum expiration date guarantee is 3 months + on bars/gels, and 6 months + on tablets/powders. If an item is short-dated (less than our minimum guarantee) this should be advertised on site in red font in the item description. Each batch of our products has a new expiry date generated so we cannot advise exactly what your expiry date will be for the product you puchase before you receive.
