- Giveaways /Arnold Sports Festival
In respect of the giveaway to receive a years supply of protein;
- The promoter is: V2M Pharma Limited. We are a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 11490199. Our registered address is Bradford Court, 123 - 131 Bradford Street, Birmingham, England, B12 0NS.
- The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over.
- Employees of V2M Pharma Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation are exempt from entering.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the giveaway.
- By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Route to entry for the award and details of how to enter are via the giveaways and promoted across Impact Performance Social Media. External PR will also indicate giveaway entry.
- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
- Closing date for entry will be at midnight 7th November 2022. After this date no further entries to the giveaway will be permitted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the give-away and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this award.
- The prize is as follows: 1 person to receive 12 x 1kg Impact Whey Protein isolate concentrate powder in a flavour of their choice.
- The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- Winners will be chosen by the internal team at Impact Performance (V2M Pharma Limited) and appointed by the Promoter by the 12th November 2022.
- The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
- The winners agrees to the use of his/her first name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. Entry into the give-away will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

You are providing your information to V2M Pharma Limited trading as Impact Performance and not to any other party. - Minimum £80.00 spend applies to current 50% discount code - 'MAKEANIMPACT50’. i.e. £80.00 worth of products must be in the shopping cart at checkout, which would mean that the order cost would be £40.00.
- Discount code is only valid for orders placed online.
- Discount code is not valid in conjunction with any other voucher code or offer, unless otherwise stated.

The voucher code is not valid and will not be applied to any discounted products on the site, including those that are situated within the 'Special Offers' area and it's associated sub categories, or automatic promotions such as buy one and get one free.
- Promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed via the website.
- We reserve the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid.
- Promotion codes are only valid on specific products, while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Only one voucher code can be used per order, per person.
- In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for the value of the original purchase, i.e: With applied discount. Not at the RRP of the item.
- In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction, ie: with discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the offer is still valid at the time of making a return you should place a new order using the original promotional code.
